Hamilton Taggart Business Advisors is a proudly family-run Newcastle accounting business that has been helping small and medium business thrive in the Hunter since 1952.
An excellent opportunity exists for a bookkeeper with MYOB and Xero experience to join our team. This is a part time role with a view to building to full time. We also offer flexible working arrangements.
The key duties and responsibilities of this role are;
- Statutory reporting including BAS, IAS and Superannuation
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal Entries
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities;
- Attention to detail
- Loyal and trustworthy with proven ability to handle private and confidential information
To be considered for this position you will have at least one of the following ;
- 2 -3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Microsoft suite products, Xero and MYOB
